We will be working hard on the following days (below)

Days:  June 24, 26, 28
           July 1, 3, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17

Mondays and Wednesdays 4pm till 6pm
Fridays 8am till 10am

Everything takes place at Newport Harbor High School.

GEAR NEEDED:  Players are to provide cleats, mouthpiece, and their own water for practice/games.  Soft helmets are recommended. 

EXPECT:  Hands on coaching from NHHS football staff. Basic to advanced positional techniques that can be applied for any sport that requires physical and mental conditioning.  Let's go!!!
